Return Policy

30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fssjewellery.com before sending any items back.

Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service when returning jewelry items. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@fssjewellery.com and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Personalized or custom-made jewelry (including engraved, initial, birthstone, or made-to-order pieces)

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return has been approved.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Please note that personalized and custom-made jewelry is exempt from the EU cooling-off period and cannot be returned unless faulty.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to process and post the refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@fssjewellery.com.
