Important: The delivery timeframe shown at checkout includes both processing and shipping time.
Ready-to-ship pieces dispatch within 1–3 business days total delivery time frame is 5 - 8 business day, while crafted-for-you items require 1–2 weeks before dispatch total delivery time frame is 2 - 3 week .

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for items returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

At FSS Jewellery, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. All jewellery pieces are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing faults

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship under normal use

This warranty does not cover:

  • General wear and tear

  • Scratches, dents, tarnishing, or fading caused by daily use

  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, or neglect

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Unauthorized modifications or repair attempts

  • Damage caused by improper storage or exposure to chemicals

  • Purchases made through unauthorized sellers or third-party marketplaces

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, please contact us with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will assess the item and provide a suitable solution, which may include repair, replacement, or store credit where appropriate.

Please note that natural wear over time is not considered a manufacturing defect.

30-day returns

Return Policy

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy

Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return based on our Return Policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the order confirmation or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are in charge of your own return shipping label.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized or custom jewelry (e.g., name necklaces, engraved pieces, or made-to-order designs)

  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-refundable.

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before ordering or initiating a return.


Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have (if eligible), and once your return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

As with all returns, items must be unworn or unused, with tags, in their original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.
This does not apply to personalized jewelry, which is excluded from returns.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
