We dispatch all orders from our UK studio within 1–3 working days, in our signature gift packaging — no extra charge. Find answers to the most common delivery questions below.
Standard UK delivery takes 2–4 working days. We also offer Royal Mail Tracked 24 for next-working-day dispatch. All orders are sent in our gift-ready packaging at no extra cost.
Free standard UK shipping is available on all orders over £40. A flat shipping fee applies to orders below that threshold, calculated at checkout.
Yes — once dispatched you will receive a Royal Mail tracking number by email. You can use this to follow your parcel’s journey in real time on the Royal Mail website.
We ship to the UK, Europe, and select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and any applicable import duties are shown at checkout.
Yes. Every FSS Jewellery order is presented in our branded gift box — included as standard, because presentation matters from the moment it is opened. You can also add a handwritten gift note at checkout.
Personalised and engraved pieces are made to order and typically require 3–5 additional working days before dispatch. If you need a piece for a specific date, please order well in advance or contact us to discuss options.
Royal Mail will leave a card and hold your parcel at your local delivery office for 18 days. You can rearrange delivery or redirect to a different address via the Royal Mail tracking link in your dispatch email.
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels, but Royal Mail’s redirection service may be able to help.
