We want you to love every piece you receive. If something isn’t right, our returns process is straightforward — here’s everything you need to know.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging. Please contact us before returning to receive a prepaid returns label and instructions.
Personalised and engraved pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned unless the item arrives faulty or differs from what was agreed. If there is an issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will resolve it promptly.
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for you to return the original piece and dispatch the correct size as soon as it is received. We recommend using our sizing guides before ordering to get it right first time.
In the rare event that your piece arrives damaged, please photograph it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider, typically a further 3–5 working days.
For standard returns, we provide a prepaid Royal Mail returns label at no cost to you. Simply contact us to begin the process and we will send you everything you need.
Yes — gift recipients can return items within 30 days of the original delivery date, provided the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Please contact us with the order details and we will guide you through the process discreetly.
