Personalised pieces are made to order and typically take 3–5 additional working days before dispatch, on top of standard delivery times. If you need a piece for a specific occasion, please order well in advance or contact us to discuss options.
Yes — where applicable, you can select from our curated engraving fonts at checkout. Options typically include a classic script and a clean block style, with previews shown on the product page before you confirm your order.
Character limits vary by piece and are clearly stated on each product page. Most pendants and charms accommodate 10–15 characters. For longer inscriptions, please contact us to explore bespoke options.
Font previews are available on the product page at the point of ordering. Once an engraved piece is in production, changes cannot be made — so please check all spelling and details carefully before confirming.
Yes — all FSS Jewellery orders arrive in our signature branded gift box at no extra cost. You can also add a handwritten gift note at checkout, ideal for birthdays, anniversaries, or meaningful milestones.
Because personalised pieces are made specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives faulty or differs from what was agreed. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if there is an issue.
